Our Therapy Service offers:

A half-price first consultation during which time you can discuss your needs and the therapist can discuss ways of working. Then by mutual agreement, it can be decided whether to continue with further sessions or not.

Further therapy sessions:

  • 50 minutes for Counselling
  • One hour for Family Therapy

The number and interval between sessions will be agreed between the therapist and clients. The time between the sessions is an important time for clients to explore new ways of going on. The therapy is reviewed on a regular basis. All sessions are confidential.
